Expert Reliability Engineer Medical Devices

We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the MedTech sector. This role centers on developing reliability strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will lead risk assessments and execute comprehensive testing programs while collaborating with various teams to achieve design reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce reliability requirements for IVD devices
• Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, and lifecycle testing programs
• Design and perform HALT and HASS testing
• Analyze data through Weibull and survival models
• Prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in reliability engineering within MedTech
• In-depth knowledge of DFMEA, HALT, and other methodologies
• Experience with data analysis tools like Minitab, JMP required
• Familiarity with Python or MATLAB preferred
• Strong regulatory standards knowledge: ISO, FDA guidelines
