Senior Production Planning Manager
Trench
Lead production planning and scheduling at Trench Canada in Pickering, Ontario, using SAP expertise and advanced analytics. This is a full-time senior role.As Manager of Planning and Scheduling, you will oversee manufacturing schedules, capacity planning, inventory, and material availability. You will guide planners, improve schedule adherence, and support on-time delivery. The role also advances digital transformation through AI, automation, and SAP capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Planning and Scheduling teamOwn master production schedules and finite scheduling processesAlign demand, capacity, and materials with cross-functional partnersLead S&OP and capacity review processesDrive planning accuracy, throughput, and on-time deliveryRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related fieldFive or more years in manufacturing planning or operations leadershipAdvanced SAP expertise covering MRP, PP, MM, and reportingExperience leading digital transformation or process improvementKnowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain processesBring leadership, SAP planning expertise, and analytical capability to strengthen manufacturing performance at Trench Canada.
