Dactylographier et faire la lecture de correspondance, de formulaires et d'autres documents
Trier, vérifier et traiter les formulaires de demande, les reçus et autres documents
Assurer le traitement du courrier reçu et sortant, par la poste ou par voie électronique
Envoyer et recevoir les messages
Effectuer des tâches générales de comptabilité
Préparer et formater le type de document
Compiler des données, des statistiques et autres renseignements
Préparer des factures et des dépôts de banque
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients et du public
Photocopier et assembler des documents pour la distribution, le courrier et le classement
Commander des fournitures de bureau et garder un inventaire
Effectuer des recherches
Effectuer de l'entré de données
Fournir le service à la clientèle
Classer le matériel dans le lieu d'entreposage
Étiqueter les dossiers selon les indications des plans de conservation et d'élimination
Identifier, classer et extraire des documents
Localiser et retirer le matériel des classeurs
Organiser et coordonner, s'il y a lieu, le volume de travail destiné aux employés
Préparer et faire le suivi des contrats et des budgets
Emmagasiner, mettre à jour et extraire des données financières
