Our Kelowna office is hiring Senior Accountant for our Private Enterprise practice.

• Apply KPMG's audit and accounting practices and methodologies at client engagements.
• Conduct financial statement audits, review engagements and compilation engagements  for private enterprise entities, including private companies, not-for-profit organizations and public sector entities.
• Leadership of engagement teams as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff members.
• Perform analysis of complex accounting issues.
• Perform financial and systems analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• Undergraduate degree
• Successful completion of the CFE or working towards a CPA designation
• 3-4 years working in a public accounting firm working with private, not-for-profit and public sector clients.
• Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and are a strong team player.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organization and planning skills.

KPMG BC Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $57,000 to $85,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
