Caseworker

Cencora seeks a remote Caseworker to support patient reimbursement and benefits administration in Alberta. The role involves processing coverage requests, coordinating documentation, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate case records to facilitate timely patient access and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process reimbursement and coverage-related requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and support communications
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
• Maintain detailed case records and system updates for operational visibility
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive problem-solving

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare case coordination
• Experience with reimbursement documentation and claims support workflows
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple concurrent cases
• Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or customer support preferred

Compensation: $45,900 CAD - $71,940 CAD
