- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes pédagogiques.
- Participer à l’élaboration et à l’organisation des aires d’apprentissage, à la planification et à l’élaboration de la programmation.
- Assurer la prestation d’un service de qualité en respectant la philosophie du PMJE.
- Maintenir un milieu d’apprentissage sécuritaire et sain pour le bien-être des enfants.
- Observer et documenter le développement de l’enfant; assurer une communication positive avec les parents et les collègues.
- Respecter le caractère confidentiel de toute l’information reliée à l’enfant.
