Community Ministry Worker

The role will provide general support to various services in the Community and Family Services setting of a Ministry Unit.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The incumbent may perform all, some, or similar range of duties.
Seasonal Projects such as Kettles, Christmas Hampers, backpacks, feeding programs etc.
Work both independently and in a team setting supporting various tasks and activities.
Provide general assistance during public relations events and regular campaigns.
Maintain strict confidentially of all matters pertaining to the program participants.
Adhere to policies and procedures relating to the programs.
Provide supervision and support to children and youth during various programs.
May assist with different basic administrative tasks  photocopy activities, greeting visitors, supporting reception, processing donations, etc. as required.
Maintain a log of different activities including reporting stats.
Assists in the organization, maintenance and general cleanliness of the work areas.
Assist with the MU/facility general clean up and set up for different activities.
Provide general information to visitors.
Collaborate with Community Ministries Coordinator to ensure effective program delivery
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
