Your role includes leading maintenance activities, coaching team members, and providing technical support. Essential responsibilities also include executing planned preventive maintenance and spearheading major downtime recoveries. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with shift supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety and GMP practices
- Lead preventive maintenance activities and recovery efforts
- Coach mechanics and technical operators for skills development
- Facilitate shift handovers with safety and quality discussions
- Industrial Millwright License (433A) with 5 years experience
- Strong communication skills with all shop employees
- Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical components
- Ability to read blueprints and manage work orders
