About the Role
Apsis Science and Technology is looking for a Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing aerospace engineering company. You'll help keep the business running smoothly as we scale — from administrative coordination to supporting our team's operational needs.

What You'll Do

Manage administrative tasks and office operations

Support scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination

Assist with vendor and client communications

Help maintain organized records and processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For

Experience in an administrative or operations support role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
