Sales Representative

Goderich Toyota is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to add to their team in Goderich. Goderich Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands. 

In this role, you’ll learn to help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the sales journey — from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. Compensation: Commission-based ranging from $60,000 to $110,000 a year; with potential to earn more.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Provide customers with excellent customer service and information regarding vehicles for sale.
• Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale. 
• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. 
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. 
• Provide financial information regarding finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required. 

What We're Looking For

• Valid OMVIC License required.
• Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required - training will be provided.
• Previous experience in dealership environment is considered an asset. 
• Valid G driver's license.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
