Lead ZEISS Vision Care Canada through strategic growth, financial stewardship, and market expansion while coordinating regional and global priorities. Regular travel across Canada and internationally is required.As General Manager and Head of Vision Care Canada, you will bring ZEISS’ Consumer Optical Market mission to life. This senior leadership role guides revenue growth, profitability, market share, brand strength, and organisational development. You will lead across commercial, operational, financial, and governance priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Set geographic vision and implement growth strategiesOwn budget, forecasts, revenue, margin, MC, and FCFBuild leadership capability, succession strength, and organisational capacityLead sales, marketing, finance, IT, supply chain, and HR operationsManage compliance, risks, customer networks, and external representationRequirements:
University degree in a relevant business or technical disciplineFive or more years of progressive senior leadership experienceExperience defining growth strategies and delivering financial resultsStrong commercial, customer orientation, and channel management experienceAbility to travel regularly across Canada and internationallyApply general management, financial acumen, commercial leadership, and change leadership to advance ZEISS Vision Care Canada.
