General Manager Distribution Centre Operations

Lead distribution, transportation, and repair operations as General Manager in Mississauga, using safety, service, productivity, and quality leadership.The Dufresne Group is seeking an experienced General Manager, Distribution Centre Operations for its GTA Distribution Centre. Lead site leaders and teams across multiple functions and shifts. Use operational KPIs, labour metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement to guide results.Key Responsibilities:
Lead safety, service, productivity, quality, labour, and cost performanceSet priorities and review results, issues, and commitmentsCoordinate inbound, warehousing, outbound, transportation, and repairCoach leaders and maintain accountability for resultsManage labour, resources, operating plans, and budgetsRequirements:
At least eight years of progressive operational leadership experienceAt least five years of senior operational leadershipExperience leading distribution and transportation disciplinesDemonstrated unionized environment leadership and grievance experienceValid driver’s licence and satisfactory criminal record checkBring senior distribution leadership, unionized operations experience, and KPI-driven decision-making to The Dufresne Group’s Mississauga facility.
