Expected Start Date: September 28, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Urban Regina City/Town: Regina Department: Service Recipient Food Services Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.5 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 18.75 hours per 1 week Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : The Manager, Nutrition and Food Services Urban is a key leader in Saskatchewan health care, partnering with system leaders to achieve our provinces healthcare goals. Reporting to the Director of Nutrition and Food Services, the Manager is responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA. The Manager supports strategy through the development and execution of operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of same. The Manager demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a clientcentric culture. The Manager must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Manager will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Experience developing programs in a complex, multistakeholder environment
- Five (5) years experience in a health related manager or supervisor role
- Experience in leadership Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Food and Nutrition Management diploma Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies
