RF and Electrical Calibration Technician

Become an RF and Electrical Calibration Technician with Transcat, where you’ll provide precision calibration services for RF and electrical instruments. Apply your technical skills in a supportive lab environment. This role demands skills in calibrating RF test equipment while leading calibration teams to achieve operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are upheld and training is adequately delivered to the team. This position also offers opportunities to work at client locations, fulfilling essential calibrations as required. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead calibration for RF and electrical testing equipment
- Manage technician teams for timely service delivery
- Develop and sustain calibration protocols and standards
- Train personnel on calibration techniques and equipment
- Adhere to safety and service requirements on-site
- 5+ years of relevant experience in RF and electrical metrology
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational ability in a technical environment
- Knowledge of various calibration equipment
- Willingness to travel for on-site calibrations
