Lead commercial interior design projects in Vancouver with advanced Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite expertise. This permanent role is in-office.As Senior Interior Designer, Team Lead, you will deliver projects from programming through construction administration. You will balance creative design with technical excellence, manage team members, and collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. The work covers Tenant Improvement and branded commercial environments.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Tenant Improvement projects through construction administrationManage staffing, fees, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesDevelop concepts balancing creativity, functionality, sustainability, and budgetsPrepare presentations, narratives, palettes, models, and renderingsCoordinate construction documentation and technical accuracyRequirements:
Minimum 15 years commercial interior design experienceWorkplace, Retail, and branded Tenant Improvement experienceAdvanced Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe proficiencyKnowledge of BC Building Codes and local bylawsStrong communication, presentation, and project management skillsBring commercial design leadership, technical documentation expertise, and client-focused project delivery to this Vancouver studio team.
