Expert Hardware & Tools Sales Associate

Become a knowledgeable Hardware/Tools Associate, guiding customers in selecting products that meet their unique project needs and enhancing their shopping experience. Your role entails understanding customer inquiries, suggesting product solutions, and driving sales through active engagement and communication. You will continually learn about new products and market conditions to provide the best advice to customers. Additionally, maintaining knowledge of current promotions and supporting customers with material lists will help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Suggest products and drive sales through customer engagement
- Assess customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep informed about sales and promotions
- Generate quotes and material lists for projects
- Ensure high safety and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Background in sales and customer service
- Ability to lift heavy items weighing up to 55 lbs
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Bilingual—French/English is an asset
