Senior Corporate Commercial Legal Counsel

LL.B. or J.D. degreeGood standing with the Law Society of OntarioAt least five years of relevant legal experienceCorporate and commercial legal knowledge and experienceStrong drafting, negotiation, communication, and business judgmentBring practical legal advice, commercial judgment, and compliance experience to LG’s North York legal team in this hybrid counsel position.
