HVAC Operations Manager at Reliance

Lead HVAC operations as an Operations Manager at Reliance Home Comfort, focusing on profitability and top-tier customer service. Elevate field operations performance in this role.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for budgeting, staffing, and achieving P & L objectives. Your role will also involve coaching a team of technical professionals and cultivating partnerships with independent HVAC contractors. You will ensure service excellence while driving improvement across operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve P & L targets in collaboration with local teams
• Coordinate staffing plans aligned with customer needs
• Oversee operational metrics and reporting
• Conduct reviews to improve quality and productivity
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party partners
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant management experience
• HVAC knowledge and technical expertise
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Proven ability to drive process improvements
• Experience in a unionized work environment is beneficial
