The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, hands‑on experience supporting software development teams, and the ability to work effectively in a customer‑facing environment. This role supports Agile and DevSecOps delivery teams and contributes to smooth operational workflows across the project lifecycle.In this role, you will:Provide day‑to‑day operational support to Agile and DevSecOps teams.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.Support sprint activities, documentation, tracking, and reporting.Assist with process improvements, team coordination, and operational planning.Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and support needs.Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in all the following areas:Agile software development and DevSecOps environments.Working as part of a software development team, supporting technical and operational activities.Customer‑facing roles, providing support, communication, or service delivery.Nice to haveExperience with project coordination or operations support in government or enterprise environments.Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Understanding of IT service management or support processes.High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive innovation.We support an accessible recruitment process and are happy to provide accommodation upon request.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada, and resumes should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
