Manager -Shortline Railway

Must have experience and understanding on how a railway works.
Lead daily operations, manage a small crew, be part of the train crew which could be locomotive engineer or Conductor depending on experience,
Make sure the trains run safely and efficently, operate machinery and railway equipment, also oversee and do  track maintenance and track construction which includes heavy lifting, walking long distance on uneven ground. Also keeping us compliant with transport Canada regulations-all while building strong relationships.
