- Traiter avec les fournisseurs des dispositions relatives à la fourniture de produits alimentaires et autres produits
- Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
- Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tâches, de l'hygiène et des normes de sécurité
- Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
- Préparer le budget et évaluer les coûts
- Tenir les registres des stocks, des réparations, des ventes et des pertes
- Établir des méthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail
- Établir les horaires de travail
- Estimer les ingrédients et les fournitures nécessaires à la préparation d'un repas
- Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
