In the role of Manager, Programmatic we're seeking somebody who is looking for career advancement through the rare opportunity to take full ownership (with support) of a mid-sized business' programmatic media practice. The role will be rewarding through active involvement throughout the pre-sales, sales and post-sales process.
Pre-sales: Owner of our programmatic go-to-market strategy. Reviewing our current programmatic offering and how to improve it based on Canadian advertiser and agency needs.
Sales: Acting as a teammate to the sales team in support of our customers as a subject matter expert on programmatic. This role will also support the sales process by developing compelling sales collateral, client-facing presentation materials, and customized proposals that communicate the value of Ideon's programmatic solutions.
Post-sales: Supporting our customers with best practices in setting up programmatic campaigns (PMP, PG's) and campaign troubleshooting when required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a programmatic role with an agency or brand
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as DSPs, SSPs and ad servers; buy-side experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and in-depth knowledge of real-time bidding transactions
- Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present programmatic solutions clearly to clients and agency partners
- Experience creating sales presentations, proposal materials and go-to-market collateral to support business development efforts
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations and publisher partners to drive revenue growth
