Pre-Litigation Recovery Specialist in Mississauga

- Contact defaulted account holders to negotiate repayment plans
- Review accounts for potential legal action or repossession
- Prepare and organize files for external legal referrals
- Collaborate with internal management and legal counsel
- Investigate discrepancies in payments and identify issues
- Proven experience in consumer lending collections
- Familiarity with legal lifecycle of charged-off accounts
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and lending software
