Food Counter Attendant McDonald's Restaurant Location 1702 9th Avenue Fernie, BC Salary 18.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, on call, Flexible hours, to be determined, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience will train Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas Keep records of the quantities of food used Package take-out food Portion and wrap foods Prepare, heat and finish simple food items Serve customers at counters or buffet tables Stock refrigerators and salad bars Take customers' orders Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas Remove kitchen garbage and trash Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Experience and specialization Equipment and machinery experience Deep fryer Electronic cash register Grill Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Reliability Team player Between 08:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m. Until: 2026-04-09
