Responsable des ventes chez Pandora @ Fairview Mall, vous mobilisez vos compétences commerciales et votre connaissance des produits. Vous créez des expériences client remarquables.

Ce poste soutient les directeurs et les associés aux ventes dans la réussite du magasin. Vous développez les ventes, renforcez la fidélité à la marque et incarnez la culture Pandora. Vous encadrez l’équipe, suivez les indicateurs de performance clés et fournissez des conseils en temps réel.

Responsabilités clés :

Dépasser les objectifs individuels et ceux du magasin
Créer des expériences de magasinage mémorables pour les clients
Partager une excellente connaissance des produits Pandora
Encadrer l’équipe et inspirer ses performances
Fournir des commentaires et conseils en temps réel

Exigences :

Au moins deux ans d’expérience en vente haute performance
Communication écrite et orale attentive et efficace
Capacité à communiquer avec tous les niveaux organisationnels
Pensée analytique et solide sens des affaires
Connaissance de Microsoft Office 365 et des systèmes de point de vente

Apportez votre leadership commercial, votre sens analytique et votre passion Pandora pour développer les ventes à Fairview Mall.
