Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the server in creating an exceptional guest experience. This will include serving bottled or ice water, preparing and serving bread and bussing and setting tables. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact and demands organization and the ability to prioritize.
