Retail Security Supervisor Toronto

Lead retail security operations onsite in Toronto with the LCBO, supervising security personnel and supporting incident investigations. Protect stores, staff, and property.

Reporting to the Manager, Retail Security Resource Protection, this supervisor oversees the LCBO contract security program. The role combines security incident investigation, crisis support, risk reduction, access control, and emergency response. It also supports video evidence review and corporate security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise LCBO Resource Protection and contract security personnel
• Ensure compliance across the retail contract security program
• Investigate incidents and recommend risk-reduction measures
• Manage access control, security systems, and emergency responses
• Visit stores regarding guarding and equipment concerns

Requirements:

• Security Administration or Police Foundations certificate, or equivalent
• At least five years of security experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Retail security and law enforcement experience
• Ability to travel throughout Ontario as needed
