- Mentor associates through key career stages and transitions
- Oversee the performance review process in Calgary and Edmonton
- Manage mentoring initiatives within the Calgary office
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment
- Align professional development programs with firm objectives
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree
- At least 3 years of experience since Bar admission in Canada
- Background in associate development in law firms preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of legal market dynamics
- Expertise in talent management and strategic planning
