If you are, look no further as CanaDream is seeking a Digital Marketing Data Specialist to extend market reach leveraging sales data, marketing strategies, and digital advertising in our Marketing Department. Job Duties: You will be responsible for supporting the RV Sales department and the wider Marketing team with the following tasks:

• Business Intelligence Reporting - Combine reports from various different sources of data to measure KPI's as identified by sales and advertising metrics.
• Digital Marketing Analytics - Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Produce comprehensive reports that connect CRM data to marketing outcomes, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Google Ads Management - Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Setup UTM parameters for proper funnel and path analysis.
• Social Media Management - Develop and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms, leveraging insights from UTM parameters and Event Tags, to measure brand awareness and effectiveness against KPI's, while improving our conversion rates.
• CRM Management - Oversee CRM workflows and processes, ensuring seamless integration with marketing initiatives. Leverage CRM data to personalize marketing communications and enhance the customer experience.
• Email Marketing - Create and manage client email lists, execute bi-weekly email campaigns, and analyze email performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates
• In-store Merchandising & Promotions - Coordinate with all locations across Canada to execute in-store merchandising initiatives, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• RV Sales pricing analysis - Monitoring competitor prices against our prices across the country and understanding the market dynamics of the seasonality.

As part of the marketing team you will also be involved in wider marketing activities as required. Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Information Technology or related experience.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and CRM management.
• Experience with managing Google Ads campaigns and UTM event based marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Activix) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced working with Business Intelligence tools to create custom reporting
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns.
• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
