  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to coordinate releases.

  • Support delivery of Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and connected systems.

  • Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed features and partner with technical teams on solution options and trade-offs.

  • Maintain understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, reporting, integrations, and security model.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, demos, and release readiness activities.

  • Support continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, workflows, and user experience.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise platforms

  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA capacity

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations

  • Experience supporting backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile / Scrum environments

  • Experience partnering with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions

  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related)
