Lead digital strategy, information governance, and BIM integration for a large-scale nuclear new build project at AtkinsRéalis. Drive secure, compliant project delivery.This Director role leads digital and information management across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will align digital initiatives with project objectives, corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management. The position reports functionally to the Vice-President, Digital Solutions and operationally to the Project Director.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the project digital strategyGovern data, metadata, and document control frameworksDeploy BIM, CDE, EDMS, and project controls platformsLead BIM integration, interoperability, and data qualityOversee cybersecurity, training, adoption, and corrective actionsRequirements:
Minimum 10 years leadership experience in digital or information managementExpertise with BIM, CDE, EDMS, and project controlsExperience with Hexagon SmartPlant, Smart 3D, AVEVA, or comparable systemsKnowledge of ISO 19650, cybersecurity, and nuclear complianceLeadership experience supporting complex project delivery organizationsShape nuclear project transformation through BIM, information governance, cybersecurity, and lifecycle data management at AtkinsRéalis.
