This is a hybrid role designed for someone who doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk all day, every day. You will split your time between providing top-tier customer service in our office and supporting operations in the yard and warehouse. It's a fast-paced, "best of both worlds" position where teamwork and initiative are the keys to success.

As a key member of our branch, you will bridge the gap between our sales office and our yard operations:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by creating sales orders, preparing quotes, and providing product recommendations.
• Help with yard/warehouse operations, by picking orders, shipping and receiving, and loading materials safely.
• Help manage schedules and inventory to ensure customers receive their orders efficiently and professionally.

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a "team-first" attitude who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys a physical, fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for both front-facing customer service and collaborative yard work.
• Tech & Math Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and confident working with numbers for quotes and measurements.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to work outside in the yard as needed.
• Experience: Previous experience in general retail, LBM (Lumber & Building Materials), Home Improvement retail, or warehouse environments is a definite plus.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, a high degree of initiative, and the flexibility to switch tasks quickly as branch needs change.
• Assets: Bilingualism (English/French) and prior forklift experience is considered an asset.
