Cloud Observability Platform Engineer

LanceSoft, Inc.

Join our Observability team as a motivated Platform Engineer focused on optimizing cloud-native and hybrid applications. Utilize your expertise in observability tools and strategies to enhance application reliability in public and private cloud environments. This role requires at least five years of relevant experience in Observability, Logging, and Monitoring. You will collaborate closely with software developers and operations teams to design, integrate, and maintain advanced observability solutions. Key focus areas include automating telemetry collection and visualization to support hybrid cloud deployment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modernize observability platforms for hybrid applications
Design and maintain telemetry data collection and visualization tools
Collaborate with software teams for effective observability solutions
Integrate observability tools with CI/CD pipelines for automation
Configure alerts and dashboards for cloud application monitoring

Requirements:

5+ years in Observability, Logging, and Monitoring
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google cloud providers
Hands-on with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ElasticSearch
Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
