Process Technician - Eurofins CDMO Alphora, Inc.

Process Technician role at a pharmaceutical CDMO facility in Oakville, Ontario. Executes chemical processing operations, maintains GMP compliance, and performs batch documentation under supervision. Hands-on position in a manufacturing environment supporting pharmaceutical production.
Responsibilities
- Execute chemical processing operations following batch record instructions with precision
- Perform batch sheet entries and verify data with second-person confirmation
- Conduct filtrations, phase separations, refluxing, and distillations under supervision
- Maintain compliance with EHS standards, SOPs, GMP, and documentation practices
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and safe handling of chemicals and process waste
Requirements
- College diploma or degree preferred
- Proficient written and verbal English communication
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Working knowledge of cGMP principles preferred
- Chemical manufacturing facility experience (asset)
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals (asset)
Compensation: $50,000 CAD base salary (excludes shift premiums and overtime)
