Build streaming schedules through creative programming ideas and content-flow editing for Pluto TV’s hybrid Toronto team. Use audience insights to improve channel performance.This Content Editor supports Pluto TV Programming in Canada during a fixed-term six-month leave coverage assignment. The position curates genre, special-event, and show-based channels. It also connects content performance analysis with scheduling decisions, channel edits, and partnership reviews.Key Responsibilities:
Curate channels around genres, themes, special events, and showsCollaboratively schedule Pluto TV channels with third partiesDevelop pop-up channels for seasonal and promotional purposesProduce performance analysis, insights, and recommendationsInfluence acquisitions and renewals with Rights and Inventory teamsRequirements:
Five-plus years of media experience focused on content schedulingAbility to generate and communicate creative programming ideasStrong knowledge of popular culture and media trendsHighly organized approach to competing deadlines and detailsAbility to work autonomously with minimum guidanceApply streaming programming judgment, channel curation, and audience-informed analysis across Pluto TV’s Canadian service.
