We are excited to partner with RGH in looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support their growth as a Senior CPA.




The ideal Senior CPA will be an individual with strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a passion for providing excellent client service. They will manage a variety of accounting responsibilities for multiple clients across different industries.




Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client financial reports. 
• Working with students to ensure CPA training and education are a priority.
• Completing corporate and personal tax preparations.
• Performing audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries. 
• Providing training and assistance to co-op students and newly hired technicians.
• Providing assistance to clients to optimize their accounting systems, internal controls and processes.
• Staying up to date on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
• Communicating with Canada Revenue Agency when required.
• Other related duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• CPA designation.
• Post-secondary degree in business administration or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with others inside and outside of the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.
• Dedication to providing exceptional client service and support.
