Ai Business Operations Lead

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Redesign Amazon Web Services Canada mechanisms around AI, trusted outputs, and agentic workflows. The Business Operations Lead works across Canada’s business.This position owns the operating model and determines which forums exist, what they decide, and which stop. You will build or refine mechanisms for the weekly senior leadership meeting, field newsletter, Top Deals, Monthly Business Review, quarterly offsite, and all-Canada town hall. You will also support internal AI adoption and account plan completion.Key Responsibilities:
Redesign business mechanisms around AI capabilitiesBuild agents and assess trusted uses for outputsWrite Canada business documents for senior leadersFacilitate leadership decisions and pursue resulting actionsStructure initiatives without established organizational ownershipRequirements:
Familiarity with solutions building agentic workflows or AI certificationExperience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insightsExperience using Salesforce or other CRM and BI toolsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office expertiseStrong financial and analytical skillsApply AI-first thinking, mechanism building, and executive influence to the Business Operations Lead role supporting Amazon Web Services Canada.
