Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and manage a team of full stack developers
• Design and develop enterprise applications using C#/.NET Core
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Lead Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in technical leadership or management
• Strong expertise in C#, SQL Server, and Azure
