Health Safety Compliance Manager

Lead health, safety, and wellness governance across two facilities, supporting approximately 1,450 team members on three shifts through strategic oversight.This manager provides leadership for the Health & Safety Management System and regulatory compliance. The work covers risk management, training oversight, audits, and organizational safety objectives. You will advise senior leadership while partnering with departments to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Develop health, safety, wellness, and security strategiesOversee legislative and regulatory compliance requirementsLead policies, programs, standards, and training oversightAdvise leadership on organizational risk mattersDrive safety culture improvement through performance measurementRequirements:
Degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, human resources, business administration, or related fieldMinimum 10 years progressive health and safety experienceFive years management experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environmentsExperience leading management systems, audits, and regulatory complianceStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsApply your compliance leadership, risk management, and safety systems expertise across a complex multi-shift operational environment.
