Expert Bilingual Specialist in IT Financial Planning

In this permanent role within CMHC's IT Performance and Partnership team, you'll provide critical analysis and oversight of IT financial resources. By conducting thorough assessments of workforce capacity and financial trends, you will ensure that the right skills and resources are allocated effectively. Your contributions will significantly impact the organization’s IT strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT capacity and workforce supply versus demand
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets
- Lead the development of comprehensive IT budgets
- Assess cost drivers across IT projects and services
- Produce monthly and quarterly budget reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management
- Proficient in French and English with strong communication skills
- Understanding of IT roles and capacity management tools
- Advanced ability in Excel and Power BI is an asset
