Develop and execute Canadian marketing strategies aligned with global brand and portfolio direction to deliver customer and business outcomes.Responsibilities
Develop portfolio and brand strategies based on market, customer, patient, and competitive insights.Lead strategic marketing plans, including priorities, milestones, performance measures, and deliverables.Use market knowledge, analytics, and financial insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend marketing investments.Influence cross-functional partners and collaborate with global teams, field sales, customers, and key opinion leaders.Lead portfolio management activities, including forecasting, S&OP, pricing, scenario planning, business reviews, and budget management.Develop omnichannel strategies across field, digital, events, content, direct-to-consumer, and patient engagement.Drive marketing and launch execution with agency and external partners, ensuring compliant delivery.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;
MBA is an asset.At least six years of progressive product management, marketing, sales, or related commercial experience.MedTech, medical device, surgical vision, or ophthalmology experience is preferred but not required.Strategic marketing, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.Experience supporting private healthcare clinics, surgical centres, or physician-led practices is an asset.English/French bilingualism is an asset. Travel is approximately 20% within Canada and internationally as required.Expected base pay:
$94,000–$162,150 CAD. Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
