Senior Product Manager for New Financial Products

Join nesto as a Senior Product Manager, leading the charge in developing new financial products within the mortgage ecosystem. At nesto, we seek a talented Senior Product Manager with more than 8 years of experience to guide the development of innovative solutions in the mortgage industry. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that customer needs drive product decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence products that redefine the mortgage experience for Canadians. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee product vision and strategy execution
Spearhead new product development processes
Connect various teams for cohesive product alignment
Determine market positioning through GTM strategies
Implement success metrics to refine product impact

Requirements:

8+ years in product management at a senior level
Proven experience in launching fintech or complex products
Solid technical knowledge for effective system engagement
Strong communication for broad stakeholder influence
Capability to thrive in fast-evolving, uncertain scenarios
