With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless—from a rewarding career in Food & Beverage to continued growth and development within Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café you will:Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiencyInform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliersUphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operationsSupport in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food wasteMaintain the condition and cleanliness of our spacesTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café has:Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality.The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships.An aspirational sense of individual style.An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate.The desire to thrive on a high-performance team.The commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standards.The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.THE LOGISTICSAs a Seasonal Barista, you can:Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-January 2027*.Work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 6:30am and 5:30pm.Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available).Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10).Work evenings and weekends.THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
