Lead automation and controls projects for Worley Consulting in Calgary, coordinating delivery, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.As a Project Manager II, you will lead digital projects across Canada, the United States, and LATAM. The work supports Oil & Gas, mining, and other resource sectors. You will manage project execution, governance, customer relationships, commercial risks, and operational priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Execute project scope within approved budgets and schedulesDocument change orders and secure customer approvalCoordinate project teams, mobilization, tools, and equipmentMentor Project Engineers and junior team membersSupport governance, process improvement, and knowledge sharingRequirements:
Over eight years managing projects or advanced industrial automationDegree in engineering, instrumentation and control, or automationExperience with Waterfall and Agile project managementStrong commercial contracting and risk management experienceWillingness to travel approximately twenty-five percentBring automation expertise, project governance, commercial judgment, and stakeholder leadership to Worley Consulting’s Calgary delivery team.
