Bilingual Learning Development Trainer

Design bilingual learning experiences with McCarthy Tétrault using instructional design and facilitation skills. Work from any McCarthy Tétrault office across Canada.This newly created position supports Learning & Development within Legal Support Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders, managers, Operations Leads, and subject matter experts to identify needs. You will develop curricula, materials, and practical learning experiences for employees.Key Responsibilities:
Surface firm-wide and local training needs with stakeholdersDevelop in-person, virtual, and online training curriculaDeliver workshops and training programs in English and FrenchEvaluate effectiveness through feedback, attendance, and assessment resultsMaintain resources and support projects in Workday LearningRequirements:
Minimum five years in learning and development or instructional designKnowledge of adult education theories and practicesExperience developing courses, e-learning, videos, and assessmentsExcellent oral communication in English and FrenchExperience with LMS and virtual classroom toolsApply bilingual facilitation, curriculum design, and learning technology expertise to support employees across McCarthy Tétrault.
