Lead Organizational Psychologist at AECOM

Contribute to organizational excellence as a Lead Organizational Psychologist with AECOM in Toronto. Focus on team dynamics and change management to foster high performance. Your role will enhance AECOM’s Organizational Dynamics capabilities within the Strategy & Transformation practice. Ideal candidates have expertise in organizational psychology, and will design interventions, assess community structures, and translate complex behaviors into strategic insights. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational psychology or similar
• Minimum 4 years of experience in organization design and change management
