Contribute to organizational excellence as a Lead Organizational Psychologist with AECOM in Toronto. Focus on team dynamics and change management to foster high performance. Your role will enhance AECOM’s Organizational Dynamics capabilities within the Strategy & Transformation practice. Ideal candidates have expertise in organizational psychology, and will design interventions, assess community structures, and translate complex behaviors into strategic insights. Collaborate with clients to tackle complex organizational challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement change strategies that create lasting impact
- Assess organizational structures to identify developmental needs
- Craft and design methodologies that drive team collaboration
- Utilize creative thinking for financial and operational opportunities
- Conduct research through workshops to surface potential solutions
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational psychology or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience in organization design and change management
- Knowledge in workforce planning and human resources
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights
- Engagement in critical thinking and complex problem-solving
