Tâches

Assigner des sièges aux passagers à l'aide de systèmes de réservation informatisés
Vérifier les bagages des passagers pour déterminer ceux qui sont trop gros ou trop lourds afin de s'assurer que les normes de voyage sont respectées
Préparer les cartes d'embarquement pour les passagers
Calculer le poids du chargement dans les soutes des aéronefs
Retrouver les bagages et/ou les frets manquants
Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
Contrôler les cartes d'embarquement et aider les passagers lors de l'embarquement prioritaire
Émettre les billets et les reçus
Fournir le service à la clientèle
Travailler en quasi-autonomie
