Our Winnipeg branch is currently accepting applications for Casual/On-Call Event Security Guards!
Shifts are typically evenings, weekends, and holidays, making this a great opportunity for those looking for supplemental income or flexible scheduling.

- Stage Front Security
- Roaming Patrols / Crowd Monitors
- Backstage & Loading Bay Security
- Access Control — wristbands & ticketing support
- Performer Escort Security
- Traffic & Parking Control
- Team Leaders
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional presence.
- Monitor crowds and respond quickly to disturbances or unsafe conditions.
- Support VIPs, performers, and event staff with secure escorts.
- Assist with lost children, medical emergencies, and ejections when required.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Maintain strong communication via radio and follow supervisor instructions.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two events are the same!

- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Can remain calm and think clearly under pressure.
- Are a team player who thrives in high-energy, changing environments.
- Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License or are willing to obtain one.
- Have First Aid/CPR certification — preferred, or willing to obtain.
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to Have
- Previous event or crowd-management experience.
- De-escalation training (MOAB or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High School Diploma/GED

First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
Valid Security Guard License
