Product Operations Program Manager

Product operations expertise can bring structure to Reflow’s roadmap, releases, and partner delivery in a flexible contract or full-time setup. Coordinate execution across product, engineering, GTM, and partners.This product operations role works directly with founders and product leadership. You will prioritize roadmap work using customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints. The role requires planning, structured communication, technical fluency, and proactive risk management while processes are built in an early-stage environment.Key Responsibilities:
Own prioritization and execution flow across product workTranslate priorities into milestones, timelines, and plansCoordinate testing, releases, rollouts, and partner launchesManage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional follow-upsDocument repeatable partner onboarding and delivery processesRequirements:
Experience in product operations, program management, or product managementComfort working with engineering teams and technical tradeoffsStrong prioritization, planning, and execution skillsClear, structured communication that keeps teams alignedProactive, calm approach in early-stage environmentsBring roadmap prioritization, release coordination, and partner delivery discipline to Reflow’s growing product organization.
