Paid Social Media Manager Canada

As Paid Social Media Manager at Blacksmith Agency, you manage paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You make budget calls, shape targeting, and explain performance narratives. Your scope stays focused on paid media, while SEO has a separate strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, optimize bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Use GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels for tracking
- Build quarterly and 90 day client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships
Requirements:
- Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
- Record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
